Responsibilities
- Oversee the security, integrity, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring robust procedures.
- Interact extensively with business counterparts to drive business readiness, contingency activities, system installations, and acceptance of deliverables.
- Develop and implement IT strategies with communicated objectives, auditing and reporting on system software and hardware performance.
- Understand architectural aspects of all IT systems to ensure controlled, audited functions and system efficiencies.
- Participate in negotiations for installations, service and maintenance agreements, managing projects and ensuring licensing and upgrades are current.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Review and scrutinize system performance, providing recommendations to drive efficiency and add value.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to legislation, due diligence, and best practices for internal and external audits.
