About the role
ECM Terminals Limited, Calabar, is a member of Ecomarine Group and the concessionaire of Calabar Port Terminal 'B' (Nigeria's Main Eastern Port) with a 30-year concession from the Nigerian Port Authority. We are seeking an IT professional to maintain reliable, secure IT systems and provide responsive technical support across our business.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, computers, printers, routers, and other IT infrastructures to ensure reliable performance.
- Maintain data backups and disaster recovery arrangements to support business continuity.
- Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, troubleshoot ERP issues, and support integration with other business systems.
- Help finance, procurement, and inventory teams use ERP applications effectively.
- Monitor network security, manage firewalls and VPNs, conduct system audits, and apply updates and security patches.
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex incidents where necessary.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, system migrations, and IT projects aligned with business needs.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, software licence inventories, support documentation, and user guides in line with procurement policies.
- Train employees on system use, cybersecurity awareness, and IT best practices, and enforce IT security, data protection, and acceptable-use policies.
