Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems and equipment
- Coordinate IT operations and support services across campuses and administrative offices
- Supervise and allocate tasks to IT personnel, monitor service quality and follow up on unresolved issues
- Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, printers, networking equipment, software and IT assets
- Manage user access, system permissions, backups and security controls
- Monitor network connectivity, system performance and technology availability
- Coordinate troubleshooting of school management systems, communication platforms and digital tools
- Maintain IT asset registers, software inventories, maintenance records and technical documentation
- Identify technology needs, recommend improvements and support IT budgeting and procurement
- Implement data protection, cybersecurity and access control practices
- Coordinate staff training on approved school technology
- Liaise with vendors, service providers and management on technical issues
- Prepare periodic IT performance reports
