About the role

The Unit Head, Quality Assurance & Analytics, E-Business Operations will supervise quality assurance metrics, conduct reviews, and report findings to ensure operational excellence within the E-Business Operations group.

Responsibilities
- Ensure existing internal controls and risk management practices in the group are strictly adhered to.
- Keep the Group Head abreast of all occurrences through robust Quality Assurance reports.
- Coordinate group meetings and training.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure GL reconciliation checks are accurate and escalate exceptions.
- Supervise periodic spot checks and process audits across key E-business Operations functions.
- Mentor and train QA team members on process knowledge, audit expectations, and documentation standards.
- Assign and monitor review tasks based on team capacity and priorities.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory and internal SLA timelines (e.g., CBN SLA for reversals).
- Support internal/external audit reviews and respond to QA-related queries.
