Responsibilities
- Resource planning & monitoring by managing job assigning and job distributions.
- Provide necessary technical support to the DFM, QCM, QCE, SQCE, DME and SDME during the entire project cycle.
- Provide necessary technical and administrative support to the Operations Director during the entire project execution (E.g. planning of staff leaves, costing and budget rationalization, approval of budget, expenses reconciliation).
- Responsible for compliance and sign off for all the operating procedures and processes on data cleaning and validations (ISO, IGQS, e.t.c.) in Quality Control.
- Conduct data validation team performance appraisals, Drive career developments program or plans for Quality Control team.
