- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
- Define technical architecture and engineering standards across backend and frontend applications.
- Make critical decisions around system design, scalability, performance optimization, and infrastructure.
- Drive architectural improvements and technical innovation across the engineering organization.
- Review and approve technical solutions proposed by team members.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF). C#(.NET) is a plus.
- Build and optimize asynchronous workflows using Celery, Redis, and message queues.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of backend systems.
- Implement security best practices and maintain system integrity.
- Develop modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Optimize applications for speed, usability, accessibility, and SEO.
- Architect and implement scalable distributed systems.
- Design solutions involving load balancing, caching strategies, queue-based architectures, service orchestration, and database optimization.
- Oversee cloud deployments and infrastructure management on AWS.
- Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and incident response processes.
- Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Lead technical interviews and contribute to hiring decisions.
- Accurately estimate project timelines and scope engineering efforts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
