About the role
Leaders Network is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes, remove team blockers, support collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will guide Scrum ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and help teams deliver high-quality results.
This is a full-time position based in Nigeria with a salary range of NGN 600,000 - 900,000.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
- Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Track sprint progress, identify risks, and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across project teams.
- Support backlog management and sprint prioritization.
- Prepare and maintain relevant Agile project reports and documentation.
