Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain computers, network equipment, routers, switches and other IT devices.
- Set up and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, 4G and other connectivity solutions.
- Provide technical support for users, devices and operational IT systems.
- Install, configure and maintain POS, payment terminals and other connected devices where required.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Support the deployment and commissioning of IT equipment at operational locations.
- Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot communication issues between connected devices and central systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, system checks and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT equipment, configurations and technical issues.
- Work with software, engineering and operations teams to resolve technical problems.
- Ensure IT systems and equipment comply with relevant security and operational standards.
- Provide timely technical support and escalate complex issues when necessary.
