Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to staff.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
- Assist with resolving printer, network, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure computers and other company devices.
- Assist staff with company email, Google Workspace, and other work applications.
- Install, update, and maintain approved software and applications.
- Assist with user account setup and access management.
- Maintain records of IT issues and resolutions.
- Assist with basic network and system maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment and accessories.
- Keep an updated record of company IT equipment.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team.
- Assist with basic data backup and system maintenance activities.
- Support the IT team with other technical tasks as assigned.
