About the role
Aldelia Limited is a global consulting firm delivering specialised services to the Oil & Gas sector, with dedicated teams across key strategic regions. They are seeking an IT Supervisor to lead the company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives in Lagos, Nigeria.
The role oversees ERP and POS systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, and IT governance. This is a full-time position requiring 6–10 years of progressive IT experience with leadership/supervisory background.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee ERP and POS systems, including implementation, upgrades, integration, and support.
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, servers, endpoints, and connectivity.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, controls, and risk-management measures.
- Lead IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-project support.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLAs.
- Develop and maintain IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Oversee IT assets, software licenses, systems, and technology lifecycle management.
- Supervise IT personnel and ensure effective user support and service delivery.
- Ensure IT governance, compliance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.
- Identify opportunities for automation, system integration, and technology-enabled business improvement.
