About the role

The IT Assistant will support the BRIDGE project, providing day-to-day IT support for HQ and state office staff, maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, and supporting data backup and security protocols.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for HQ and state office staff.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support data backup, storage, and security protocols.
- Assist in the deployment and support of program data systems and digital tools.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and support procurement of IT supplies.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
- Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff.
