Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the performance of the FOC department and ensure coordinators follow departmental procedures and policies.
- Identify and report deviations from established standards.
- Prepare and submit daily performance reports for the head of department, including analysis of team and individual engineer performance.
- Track and catch delays in updating tickets by coordinators and ensure timely, accurate ticket updates.
- Collaborate with coordinators to identify underperforming engineers and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Investigate escalated cases thoroughly to determine root causes, document findings, and propose solutions.
- Prepare regular training sessions for the FOC team and develop programs to address weaknesses.
- Ensure compliance with all FOC policies and procedures and recommend process improvements.
