Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Conduct business process reviews, fit-gap analysis, and ERP configuration to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Oversee functional and technical consultants, ensuring quality delivery across configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and training.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposals, and project estimates.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal methodologies and best practices.
