As a Copilot & Agents Solution Engineer, you will help customers transform the way work gets done using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and agent-powered experiences. Working alongside Copilot Specialists, Customer Success, Account Team, partners, and engineering teams, you will lead technical AI transformation engagements and help customers realize the full value of AI for Work.

Responsibilities
- Independently lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents.
- Demonstrate Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and agent capabilities aligned to customer business priorities.
- Position Microsoft Copilot as the enterprise AI entry point and foundation for AI transformation.
- Partner with Customer Success and partners to establish adoption, usage, and value realization plans.
- Remove technical blockers and support competitive deals by highlighting Microsoft's differentiation.
- Maintain 100% deal hygiene and partner attach for all qualified opportunities.
- Achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications and share deal insights quarterly.
