About the role
Havana Group is a portfolio of companies in real estate, media, technology, and hospitality. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a solid understanding of mobile application development and how web and mobile systems work together. You will take ownership of technical projects, solve complex problems, write clean and scalable code, and collaborate effectively with other members of the product and development teams.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.
- Build and maintain both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration between different components.
- Develop clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Design and implement APIs and integrations between web, mobile, and third-party services.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of mobile applications, with a strong understanding of mobile development frameworks and best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and mobile compatibility.
- Work with databases, server-side technologies, and cloud/server environments to ensure reliable system performance.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, security, and development practices.
- Write and maintain automated tests where appropriate and conduct UI and functional testing.
- Participate in system architecture, technical planning, and product development decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other teams to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Manage and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development through deployment and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements that can enhance our products and development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers when required.
