Responsibilities
- Lead the application support team, including work allocation, performance management, and capability development.
- Ensure effective resolution of application incidents, service requests, and problems within SLAs.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, development teams, shared IT services, and vendors to restore services and minimize disruption.
- Provide operational leadership for application enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments.
- Drive continuous improvement of application support processes, service quality, and team capability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for key software applications, including core banking and integration systems.
- Monitor application performance, support security efforts, and contribute to support frameworks.
