Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Identify target audiences such as property investors, homeowners, corporate clients, and partners.
- Plan monthly content calendars focused on project milestones, company updates, and industry insights.
- Create engaging content including project and farm progress updates, before-and-after transformations, site walkthrough videos, safety campaigns, and staff highlights.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts for the company and its sister companies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Coordinate site visits for content capture and operate a drone when necessary.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for project launches, open houses, corporate events, and recruitment drives.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions; prepare monthly performance reports.
- Monitor online reviews and public perception; address negative feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and HR for content creation.
