About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape end-to-end product experiences from discovery through launch. Based in Lagos, you'll partner closely with product and engineering to turn complex requirements into clear, usable flows and interfaces, while raising the bar for craft and consistency across the product. In this role, you'll lead design work on key initiatives, influence product direction through customer insight and prototyping, and ensure solutions are practical to build and measurable after release. You'll also contribute to design standards and mentor other designers through feedback and collaborative working sessions. This is a full-time role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—comfortable moving from research synthesis and journey mapping to high-fidelity UI and design QA in fast-moving environments.
