Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing functions.
- Manage enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and large-scale technology programs.
- Lead multiple cross-functional technology teams, project managers, business analysts, developers, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Oversee ERP implementation lifecycle including business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, change management, and post-go-live support.
- Establish technology governance, architecture standards, security controls, and best practices.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, system integrators, and technology contracts.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement across business operations.
- Lead incident management and critical production support during high-pressure business situations.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project health, technology risks, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and mentor high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
