They are hiring a Senior Executive, Card Services to lead the strategy, lifecycle, and performance of their card products in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Bank's card services strategy and growth plans.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle and performance of debit, prepaid, credit, virtual, and other card products.
- Oversee card issuance, activation, delivery, replacement, renewal, and operational processes.
- Oversee card settlement, reconciliation, interchange, fees, and financial controls.
- Lead fraud prevention, dispute, charge-back, and card risk management.
- Provide regular card performance, risk, revenue, and growth reports to the CEO/COO.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve card adoption, customer experience, efficiency, and profitability.
