About the role
Shuttlers is a platform that enables professionals to access efficient shared transportation in Lagos Metropolis, transforming the stressful commute into a productive, refreshing, and relaxing experience. With the Shuttlers App, professionals can book a seat on a route, pay for a seat, and track the arrival of their shuttles.
As Senior Creative Designer, you will own the execution of creative direction and craft under the Head of Product & Design, setting and upholding the visual standard across brand work, leading designers, and evolving the Shuttlers Visual System.

Responsibilities
- Set and uphold the visual standard across brand work; originate, coordinate, and own strong ideas, direct their expression, and critique work rigorously.
- Lead designers through briefs, reviews, and execution; coach developing talent and step into difficult design problems when needed.
- Spot recurring visual patterns and turn them into reusable rules, grids, components, templates, scales, and documented guidance.
- Own and evolve reusable brand artifacts across typography, color, composition, imagery, illustration, iconography, motifs, and geometry.
- Lead concept, art direction, and execution of key visuals, campaigns, digital advertising, and promotional creative.
- Direct signage, print collateral, branded materials, environmental applications, and event creative.
- Own quality and direction of illustrations, icons, and visual assets extending the brand into product experiences.
- Personally deliver consequential creative work from concept and art direction through production-ready execution.
- Direct and develop Associate and Analyst designers through clear briefs, useful critique, and hands-on support.
- Evolve and drive adoption of Shuttlers Visual System, codifying reusable grids, scales, components, and templates.
- Maintain exemplary design hygiene including organized source files, clear naming, and documented decisions.
