About the role

The Senior Business Performance Analyst will drive financial and operational performance analysis, executive reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics to support decision-making at the highest levels.

Responsibilities
- Analyse financial and operational performance, monitor KPIs, identify trends and variances, and recommend actions to improve business results.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and prepare management reports, dashboards and Board/Executive presentations.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and evaluate strategic plans, identify growth and efficiency opportunities, and support execution of improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, critically reviewing assumptions, operational targets and financial projections.
- Develop financial models and conduct in-depth financial and commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives, cost optimisation and investment decisions.
- Leverage analytical and BI tools to analyse complex datasets, automate reporting, improve data quality and strengthen performance visibility.
- Guide junior analysts, review analytical outputs and ensure timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables.
