About the role
Infinion Technologies is a technology and business solutions company providing world-class solutions to enterprise businesses. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth across Cloud, AI, and Security solutions in Lagos, Nigeria. The role involves owning an annual sales target, building executive relationships, and driving complex deal structuring across Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, AI frameworks, and enterprise security solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own an individual annual target in USD across direct solution consulting, software license subscriptions, and managed services attach rates
- Align products and services with client objectives and drive revenue growth through collaboration
- Build and maintain an active, high-velocity qualified pipeline of at least 3.5x annual quota across all accounts
- Establish and cultivate relationships with CxOs (CIOs, CFOs, CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Transformation) in banking, fintech, oil & gas, telecom, public sectors
- Drive complex deal structuring that combines Cloud & AI pipelines, AI Business Solutions migrations, and Managed Cybersecurity
- Maximize joint co-sell frameworks with key OEM partner (Microsoft Solutions Partner ecosystem) to secure partner funding, POC credits, and executive sponsorship
- Partner with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) and Business Leads to drive post-implementation adoption, ensuring high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and cloud consumption utilization
