About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Set up user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and security measures.
- Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing laptops, user accounts, and required IT equipment for new employees.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
- Assist with software updates, backups, and system upgrades.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
