Responsibilities
- Conduct remote site monitoring of all ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging), FMS (Fuel Management Systems), and fuel pumps.
- Generate and submit daily tank level reports to ensure real-time stock visibility.
- Prepare accurate calibration charts upon receiving raw data from the field.
- Create and submit Requests for Purchase Orders when site stock hits the reorder level.
- Deliver Proof of Delivery documentation within 24 hours, following collection of Fuel Receipt Notes and LPOs.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly fuel transaction reports.
- Produce detailed monthly fuel consumption reports to aid operational planning.
- Create monthly maintenance reports to support system reliability and compliance.
- Update and track calibration milestones across all relevant systems.
- Strictly adhere to all company occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
