Responsibilities
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into functional, responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Build reusable, scalable front‑end components using React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Ensure applications function seamlessly across all major browsers and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to integrate front‑end interfaces with backend systems; handle client‑side authentication, data validation, and error handling.
- Use Git for version control; collaborate via GitHub/GitLab on branching and merging workflows.
- Implement front‑end testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) using tools such as Jest or Cypress.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability — image compression, lazy loading, minimizing asset requests, resolving performance bottlenecks and memory leaks.
- Write clean, well‑documented, testable code adhering to established standards; perform code reviews for self and peers.
