About the role
Iknorbert Communications Limited, established in 2012, is a sales and distribution company for information communication technology and allied products across Africa. They are seeking a Data Analyst to join their team at Alaba International Market, Lagos.
The Data Analyst will review statistics to help the company make better business decisions, collect statistical analyses of data, design data administrative policy, and implement programs to improve the organization's bottom line. The role involves creating standards for data administration policy and ensuring data is easily accessible for internal and external users.

Responsibilities
- Build reporting and analytics to support sales activity while providing recommendations to improve the sales process
- Ensure stored data is easily accessible to internal and external teams
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from staff in a timely manner
- Work closely with Management teams to create data strategies that support data modelling
- Assist in creating a strategy that helps to increase the company's customer base
- Provide a foundation for product and service innovation
- Analyse customer behaviour and market feedback with a view to create new products or services that align with consumer needs
- Optimize inventory turnover, maximize wholesale margins, and track regional performance to drive profitability
- Identify opportunities to work cross-functionally
- Build strong and influential internal relationships to help ensure business objectives are being met
- Remove corrupted data and review through root cause analysis
