As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping the organisation make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions. You will work across business functions to uncover patterns, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and translate complex datasets into intelligence that leaders can act on. You will also have the opportunity to work within an increasingly AI-enabled and cloud-driven data environment, contributing to the evolution of how data is collected, analysed, visualised, and used across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
- Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards, reports, and data visualisations.
- Translate complex business questions into meaningful analytical frameworks and measurable insights.
- Develop and monitor KPIs that provide visibility into business and operational performance.
- Use SQL, Excel, BI tools, and other analytical technologies to interrogate and interpret data.
- Work with cloud-based data environments and support the integration of data from multiple sources.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and consistency across analytical outputs.
- Collaborate with technology, product, finance, operations, and leadership teams to solve business problems through data.
- Communicate insights with clarity, translating complex analysis into recommendations that stakeholders can understand and act upon.
- Continuously improve data processes, reporting infrastructure, and analytical methodologies.
