About the role
Our client is a leading player in the Advertising, Media & Communications industry, based in Lagos, Nigeria. They are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Verification Analyst to protect the integrity of their platform by verifying that brand interactions are rooted in real human trust and by ensuring full compliance with advertising standards, privacy regulations, and platform policies.
This is a full-time, mid-level role requiring 3–5 years of experience in verification, compliance, fraud analysis, brand safety, or quality assurance within AdTech, digital advertising, or related platforms. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Risk, Compliance, Data, Business, or related) or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive platform and brand data.
The role offers a salary of NGN 250,000 – 400,000 per month and is based onsite in Lagos, Nigeria, with working hours from 8am to 5pm. English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities
- Perform verification of user interactions, engagement signals, and brand campaigns to confirm authenticity and real human involvement.
- Monitor and investigate potential fraud, bots, invalid traffic, or non-genuine engagement.
- Conduct compliance reviews against advertising regulations, privacy laws (e.g., data protection requirements), brand safety standards, and internal policies.
- Prepare verification reports, audit documentation, and evidence of trust and engagement quality for internal teams and brand clients.
- Identify risks and gaps; recommend and track remediation actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to strengthen verification processes and compliance controls.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to digital advertising, user privacy, and engagement authenticity.
- Support client-facing compliance inquiries and platform trust certifications where applicable.
