- Develop and execute the company's overall technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the transformation of the organization into a scalable, technology-enabled platform.
- Oversee the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology products and platforms.
- Provide strong leadership to engineering, product, infrastructure, data, and other technology teams.
- Establish a high-performance technology culture focused on ownership, accountability, innovation, and timely delivery.
- Drive the development of secure, scalable, reliable, and customer-focused digital solutions.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to identify and implement technology opportunities that drive business growth.
- Translate business objectives into clear technology roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
- Own technology delivery across major projects and ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and standards.
- Strengthen technology architecture, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, integrations, and overall system reliability.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that can improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Establish appropriate technology governance, processes, standards, and performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, security, and data protection requirements.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, and investments effectively.
- Identify technology risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement and rapid execution across the technology function.
