Responsibilities
- Support and lead the engineering, design, and implementation of industrial automation and control systems, including PLCs, DCS, and SCADA architectures.
- Develop control logic, configure human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and program automation software for field operations and process control.
- Work with P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), loop diagrams, and field instrumentation specs.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and the field commissioning of automated systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with industrial control hardware, PLCs, sensors, and communication networks to minimize downtime.
- Prepare technical specifications, I/O lists, control narratives, and operational documentation.
